President Muhammadu Buhari has commissioned and handed over to the Nigerian Police Force operational vehicles, crowd control equipment, computers and other items to help the police to instill peace during and after the elections.
This was announced in a press statement made available to newsmen on Monday.
Meanwhile Usman Alkali Baba, the Inspector General Of Police has charged Strategic Police Managers, on creating enabling space for peaceful elections.
