The Supreme Court has adjourned the case filled by APC Governors against CBN and FG on the naira redesign policy till February 22.
The hearing which took place today, 15 February 2023 had in attendance Nasir El-Rufai, Kaduna State governor and his Kogi state counterpart, Yahaya Bello and Senior Advocates of Nigeria, other lawyers.
The APC Governors in the suit asked the Apex Court to stop FG and CBN from continuing with the Naira redesign policy.
Meanwhile, the CBN on Tuesday said old naira notes of #200, #500, and #1000 are no longer legal tender in the country since Friday, February 10 2023.
