Don't Put This On If You Are An Elegant Woman

Being an elegant woman simply means dressing appropriately, wearing a kind of look that attracts honour to you, and making your appearance an eye balm to anyone that sees you. Not looking like a physical punishment. 

If you are an elegant woman, please don't do the following:

1. Elegant ladies shouldn't wear long nails, yes those acrylic long nails make your nails look like a claw. You are to wear a sizeable nail length. Also, it is better when you wear red or nude colour paint on your finger.  

2. Elegant ladies don't wear long eyelashes, ohch! There is nothing elegant about long lashes. It has a way of cheapening your look and also if you must make up, use the right shades for your skin colour and apply your make-up correctly. Don't overdo it, avoid too many bright colours on your face so that you don't end up looking like a clown 🤡 Better still, if you don't know how to apply make-up, leave your face natural.

3. You shouldn't be caught wearing ripped jeans, it's a no no for you if you want to look elegant.

   

4. Elegant ladies shouldn't be caught wearing coloured hair like pink, green, blue, or purple, it doesn't befit you, and it makes you look like a street girl.  And those are not natural hair colours. You can wear black, brown and blonde hair colours. 

5. There is no elegance about having too many tattoos on your body. If you have tattoos try to conceal them when you are in the public.

 6. And finally for this edition,  tying wrappers around the house is not befitting for an elegant lady. Some people even tie wrappers to buy things across the street. It's awful. Many of us are guilty of it, including the writer. LoL. 

Editor's note: The journey of becoming an elegant woman is a gradual change, it doesn't mean all these 'don'ts' are totally bad, it's just that as an elegant woman it doesn't befit your person.
